This warranty covers the following components:
Electric Steam Machine:
Warranty on the steam generator against any manufacturing defects or malfunctions related to normal use.
The following components are covered:
• The machine body
• The stainless steel water tank
• Safety features (overheat protection and timer)
Electrical and electronic parts are guaranteed against failures due to hidden defects or manufacturing defects.
Sauna Tent:
The sauna tent is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects, such as:
• Defective seams
• Broken or loose zippers
• Non-compliant materials that cause premature wear.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or failure to follow operating instructions.
Damage due to electrical overload, unauthorized repairs, or modifications to the device.
Normal wear and tear of accessories (e.g., floor mats, folding chairs, etc.).
Accidental damage, such as impacts, scratches, or unintentional tears.
